Costs

• Monday to Friday 8am-6pm

There is NO CALL OUT FEE during these times.   If you are outside of our local area then there is a small additional charge made to cover travel costs.  Please ask for details when you call.  There is a minimum charge of 1 hour with a competitive half hour rate thereafter.

• Out of hours 

At all other times there is an out of hours charge in addition to the minimum charge of 1 hour and travel costs if you are outside of our local area.  Please ask for details when you call.

• For URGENT CALLS ONLY please telephone the office on 01243 389566.  Outside of normal hours please call the standby electrician on 07789 473 173.  If there is no answer, please leave your details clearly, including a contact number.  Your call will be returned within 30 minutes.

• Office hours are Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
